Discport Executive License Request

Please fill out the following form. License keys can be based on either the Mac Address (Hardware) or the IP Address. If you choose to base it on the Mac Address and at a later date you move the software to a new server, the old key is rendered invalid. If you base it on the IP Address and then change the IP Address the key will also become invalid.
